    • Objective - provide foundation to allow users to effectively use GMail and Calendaring.  Instruct users on how to access via web and mobile device.

      • 1.5 hour getting started 
      • One or multiple sessions scheduled throughout the day

    • Audience -  All.  Multiple
  • Role specific 
    • Education specific to end user roles. 
    • Schedule - Held first week after migration 
      • 2 hour sessions 
    • Recorded Webinar 
    • Audience - administrator, associate, executive
  • Level 2 education 
    • Schedule - Held three weeks after migration 
      • 2 hour session
      • One or multiple sessions scheduled throughout the week.
